Terms of service

  1. I have read/viewed and understand the instructions provided on the Out of Bounds Rentals website in respect to the correct use of the equipment I am hiring. I agree to use all equipment in a manner consistent with these instructions.
  2. I understand that I am liable for loss or damage to the equipment or another person if I lend the equipment to a person not named in the rental agreement.
  3. I understand that the dates and locations of rental and return are specified within my order.  If I do not return the goods within the period of my rental agreement to the location specified within my rental agreement, I give permission for Out of Bounds Rentals to charge my credit card with the difference between the rental price and the full sale price of the goods.  If this credit card has insufficient funds, I acknowledge liability for this outstanding balance.
  4. Out of Bounds Rentals accept liability for normal wear and tear. I understand, however, that I am liable for the full sale price of the goods if I deliberately contribute to the loss or damage of the goods.
  5. If I have an accident involving the use of the goods, I will report the accident in writing to Out of Bounds Rentals as soon as possible, and at the latest, at the time of returning the goods.
  6. I understand any personal information provided by me (whether personal information of me or another individual which I have the necessary consents to provide) may be collected, used and disclosed by Out of Bounds Rentals solely for the purposes contemplated by this rental agreement.
  7. If I default in the payment of any fees or charges owed to Out of Bounds Rentals, I understand this information may be provided to a credit reporting body
  8. Most importantly, I commit to having an awesome adventure!
